Requirements:
- higher technical studies (preferably the Faculty of Transport);
- experience in the field of car damage - minimum 2 years;
- knowledge of legislation and regulations in force in the field of insurance;
- knowledge of computer use (MS Office) - average level;
- knowledge of IT applications (Audatex, DAT) is an advantage;
- interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
- capacity for analysis and synthesis;
- assuming responsibility, proactive attitude;
- the ability to work independently and in a team;
- attention to details;
- promptness in fulfilling tasks;
- integrity, self-control, tact, seriousness, fairness.
Main responsibilities:
- Register claims submitted to the insurance company in connection with insurance contracts;
- Upload collected documents in the software system in the specific files.
- Communicates with claimants, institutions and insured clients by phone and in writing in relation to collect full data in relation with the insured event.
- Prepare calculations in specialized software system in order to establish the quantity of the damage
- Analyzes the reasons for the occurrence of an insured event, reviews all documentation on a specific insurance case and gives an opinion on payment, request for other documents or refusal to pay;
- Communicates with insureds and partners of the Insurer.
