Health product and market manager Field of activity: - Finance/Insurance. Responsibilities: - Develops products range of the company in collaboration with Sales department, Actuaries and Marketing department of distributors; - Drafts all documents related to the procedure of new products creation (opportunity note, commercial offer, Business Plan assumptions (volumes, penetration rates), notes for New Product Committee, legal documentation); - Coordinates the marketing projects and realizes appropriate reporting (internally and with the distributor) on the project and issues alerts if necessary; - Identifies points for decision and ask for internal validation and distributor validation if necessary; - Monitors the product after its launching (production follow-up, penetration rates, operational issues, complaints, questions from the network) and proposes actions plan in order to increase client satisfaction; - Follows up market under its responsibility, produces regular market analysis and proposes new inputs for Marketing Plan; - Contributes to the coherence of marketing mix (product, price, promotion, distribution) in collaboration with other departments of the company; - Makes proposals in accordance with the market trends and proactively identifies / maximizes the opportunities. Requirements: - 5 year experience into Health activities; - Knowledge of Health Market (domestic and international); - Master Degree or equivalent in Business Management with speciality on Marketing, Health and Insurance; - Experience in Health insurance or/ and International Group and in Marketing domain is an advantage; - Knowledge in Office tools; - Fluent English – mandatory; - French – advantage; - Innovative; - Proactive; - Capacity of analysis and synthesis; - Autonomy and initiative; - Team spirit.
