With a corporate focused strategy and an expanded specialized group sales structure,
SIGNAL IDUNA is positioned to lead the growth of Private Health Insurance
in Romania. In order to meet our development needs, we are currently looking
for a: Broker Manager Main job responsibilities: - Successfully manages the relations with brokers; - Responsible with implementing the business strategy regarding brokers; - Meeting sales targets through brokers distribution channel; - Develops the brokers distribution channel (brokers recruitment and segmentation, brokers database development and maintenance, contract negotiations, performance monitoring); - Offers advise to brokers and provides the necessary support for maximizing sales; - Organizes and delivers trainings for brokers, ensures visits to local brokers on a needed basis; - Identifies and meets each broker's unique business needs, overseas account maintenance, ensures accurate transactions, gathers and centralizes reports from brokers. Profile: - Minim 3 years working experience in a relevant position in insurance field; - University degree, preferable in Economics; - Throughout understanding of the insurance market; - Proven commercial knowledge and skills; - Outstanding client relationship; - Excellent selling and negotiation skills; - Strong results orientation, competitiveness; - Able to take decisions in an independent manner; - Flexibility and strategic thinking; - Strong work ethic and ethical business practices.
