Claims Manager – General Insurance EFG Eurolife is an insurance company, part of EUROBANK EFG Group, which also encloses BANCPOST, EFG Retail Services, EFG EUROBANK Leasing, EFG EUROBANK Securities, EFG Mutual Funds. Claims Manager – General Insurance Main purpose of the job: - Identify, evaluate, measure and monitor claim activity, ensuring legal integrity and sound business practice in companies' affairs. Core responsibilities: - Claim file investigation and evaluation; - Elaborate specific reports regarding claims activity; - Elaborate documentation regarding claims as per CSA/other authority's request; - Working closely with the management with a view to fine-tuning the operational processes and procedures of the company, aiming at finding optimal business solutions; - Developing and implementing processes/procedures. Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: Specific requirements: - Seniority: minimum 3 years in insurance business - claims handling; - Strong knowledge of property insurance; - Education: University degree; - Computer skills: good knowledge of Microsoft Office; - Understanding of the legal/regulatory requirements; - Abilities, qualities required: intiative; dynamic; ability to analyze and synthesize; attention to details; fast learner and team spirit; open minded.
