Job description:
- Organizes, develops and motivates the personnel in order to increase the performance, optimize the results and comply with the deadlines;
- Develops tasks and performance indicators for the team;
- Maintains the accounts system and keeps the books and evidences of all transactions, assets and liabilities;
- Monitors and controls the accounting transactions, registration process of the appropriate currency related to the assets and liabilities;
- Checks and corrects all regulatory financial reports intended for tax authorities, ministry of finance and insurance overseeing authority regarding insurance operations.

Requirements:
- Economic background;
- 2 years expertise on a similar position preferred;
- Strong knowledge in IFRS;
- PC knowledge - Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.;
- English language - Advanced;
- Customer-oriented;
- Initiative;
- Entrepreneurial spirit;
- Courage and self-confidence.

Job description:
- Update and maintain general ledger;
- Process journal entries under Romanian accounting standards;
- Reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger and resolve differences;
- Insurance and financial investments specific accounting transactions;
- Cost accounting entries and invoice reconciliation;
- General accounting entries, cash reconciliation and set up of fixed assets;
- Reconcile accounting postings;
- Provide complete audit trail for all work undertaken;
- Update and maintain financial accounting procedures;
- Solve internal and external client problems.

Requirements:
- Economics university degree;
- At least 3 years in performing accounting tasks;
- English skills (both oral and written) - advanced level;
- Good knowledge in IFRS;
- Computer skills.

- Teamwork;
- Investigative and learning abilities.
