REGIONAL SALES MANAGER Responsibilities: - Participate in developing and implementing the strategy for sales and marketing for the regional network coordinated; - Coordinate the activity for sales and marketing in the respective regions, assure fulfillment of the sales and strategy objectives; - Responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, recruitment and staffing functions from managers of regional network coordinated; - Take responsibility to assure the optimum management of the regional insurance market and identification of profitable market segments with growth potential; - Make suggestions for improving the motivational programs and incentives addressed to the sales network; - Develop projects dedicated to increasing the life insurance sales according to the specific needs of the region coordinated; - Analyze and check the accuracy of the accounting data from the internal audit department and take measures to identify the most suitable ways to correct or prevent them; - Evaluation of performance and activity of the regional staff. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in life insurance. Managerial experience is a plus; - Track record of very good recruitment and staffing; - Excellent organizational, planning and control skills; - Demonstrated negotiation and diplomacy skills; - Availability for extended hours and traveling; - University degree required; - Experience within a high technology environment; - Fluent in English, spoken and written is a must; - Driver license - B category. Due to the continuing success of AEGON in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, we now have the following position available at AEGON Romania headquarters in Cluj-Napoca: DEPUTY NATIONAL SALES MANAGER Responsibilities: - Participate in developing the strategy for sales and marketing and in the implementation of the respective strategy; - Coordinate the activity for sales and marketing on the tied network, assuring accomplishment of the sales objectives in the sales strategy; - Responsible for directing the planning, development, and implementation of the recruitment and staffing functions for managers in the tied network; - Take responsibility to assure the optimum analysis of the insurance market and identify growth areas of the market which can return maximum profit potential; - Represent a dynamic force that motivates and coordinates the members of the tied network to accomplish its objectives. Provide regular feedback and evaluations; - Develop and present innovative projects dedicated to increasing the sales; - Provide leadership, feedback and evaluations to own staff; - Analyze and check the accuracy of the accounting data from the internal audit department and take measures to identify the most suitable ways to correct or prevent them; - Be fully updated in terms of legislation, new laws and procedures particularly relating to the field of activity; - Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in life Insurance; - Managerial experience is a plus; - Very good abilities of recruitment and staffing; - Improved skills of organization, planning and control; - History of negotiation and diplomatic skills.
