Profile: - University degree, preferably in Economic; - Relevant insurance (life) broker's market experience, strong experience in relationships with brokers; - Pro-activeness, initiative and results-oriented; - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; - Well developed management skills; - Team spirit and strong communication skills; - Good knowledge of English language. Now, we are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person, willing to join our team as: PROJECT MANAGER The role: - To prepare, develop and monitor the project plans; - To make sure project execution and implementation is done in time, based on a tasks' plan; - Design and track the quality control processes to ensure the projects' quality; - Monitor and review the projects cost and budget; - Identify both human and material resources needed for assigned projects; - Ensure the projects' communication plan; - Identify, analyse, prioritise and resolve risks and issues together with the project team and stakeholders; - Communicate and manage relationships with third parties involved in the projects; - Prepare regular status reports for top management. Profile: - University degree in a relevant field, postgraduate studies are considered an asset; - Minimum 2 years project manager experience, preferably in the bank / insurance sector; - Competencies in project management; - Excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities; - Strong planning skills and ability to work with strict deadlines; - Interpersonal communication, fluent in English. REINSURANCE MANAGER [Location will be within the company head-quarter in Bucharest and the direct reporting line will be towards the Insurance VP] SUMMARY Performs all activities related to the reinsurance tasks, both treaties and facultative. MAIN ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (other related duties may be assigned) * Prepares the necessary data for the reinsurance treaties, reviews existing terms and conditions and proposes the new reinsuring terms and structure of treaties; * Monitors the economy of the individual types of reinsurance and proposes changes; * Co-ordinates the contacts with the reinsurers, for both treaties and facultative, including fronting agreements; * Keeps the permanent contact with the reinsurance markets and develops contacts in these markets; * Finds the necessary facultative placements and assist underwriters in respect of major / special risks / clients; * Provides reinsurance assistance to all departments, as required. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES May coordinate a team of reinsurance underwriters, as necessary. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE - 3 + years of insurance experience and reinsurance knowledge; - Organized, creative and pro-active; - Good communication skills; - Dynamic, committed and hard-worker; - Ready to assume managerial responsibilities in the future; - Analytical and very good at details; - Technical university graduate; - Good knowledge of English; - Very good mathematical and computer skills; - Team-player and with sense of humor. |
