SALES REPRESENTATIVES (S.R.), GENERAL MANAGER'S ASSISTANT (G.M.A.), REGIONAL CLAIM COLLABORATORS (R.C.C.)

Is looking for suitable candidates for the positions of:

SALES REPRESENTATIVES (S.R.), having the following main responsibilities:
- Identifying, contacting and visiting (when necessary) potential new customers, in order to ensure sales targets' achievement;
- Establishing, developing and maintaining long-term positive and productive business relationships with both corporate and retail customers;
- Providing full consultancy to the customers and monitoring their satisfaction level, in order to discover their further needs;
- Preparing presentations, sales and marketing reports.

The minimum requirements for the desired employees are:
- University degree (Economics-related post-university degree will be considered as an important asset);
- Significant experience within the non-life insurance sales field;
- Good command of computers, good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and software-learning easiness;
- Impressive sales skills, natural-born communication talent, strong marketing knowledge and great organizational abilities;
- Quick and independent decision-taking personality, combined with permanent team-work availability;
- Pleasant and dynamic appearance, based on a combined business and customers oriented attitude;
- English fluency, both in written and spoken forms.

GENERAL MANAGER'S ASSISTANT (G.M.A.), having the following main responsibilities:
- Handling all G.M.-related correspondence issues, monitoring and supporting company's correspondence activities;
- Translating (into English) all the necessary documents for the managerial staff of the company and editing internal documents;
- Providing first-stage consultancy to all the customers (either independent or related to the banking/leasing portfolios) and collaborators;
- Issuing and sending all kinds of specialized documents (like payment notices), following-up payments, preparing activity reports, a.s.o.

The minimum requirements for the desired employees are:
- University degree (Foreign-languages university degree will be considered as an important asset);
- English fluency, both in written and spoken forms.
- Pleasant and dynamic appearance, based on a combined business and customers oriented attitude;
- Natural-born communication talent and great organizational abilities;
- Good command of computers, good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and software-learning easiness;
- Quick and independent decision-taking personality, combined with permanent team-work availability.

REGIONAL CLAIM COLLABORATORS (R.C.C.), having the following main responsibilities:
- Opening claim files, performing loss inspections (including supplementary ones, if necessary), checking and stirring repair activities, a.s.o.;
- Preparing the necessary ground for concluding direct payment conventions with authorized automotive repair units.

The minimum requirements for the desired collaborators are:
- Technical degree (University degree related to the automotive field will be a plus, as well as additional certified studies);
- Proven track of (at least) 1 year experience within the non-life insurance field;
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and quick and independent decision-taking abilities;
- Good command of computers, good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and software-learning easiness;
- Conversational English, related to both written and spoken forms.
