MOTOR CLAIMS MANAGER

Responsibilities:
- Initiate and implement claims management rules and procedures;
- Supervising and managing the claims activity and claims coordinators, investigators, experts and other specialists;
- Offering technical support to coordinators and approvals according to the competency limits;
- Personally reviews and processes selected complex claims;
- Claims monitoring and reporting; proposals to control claims costs;
- Develops and monitors the relations with collaborators: outsourced and service shops;
- Regular checks of the loss reserve;
- Support for technical trainings;
- Fraud Management.

Requirements:
- Proven track of claims management experience within an insurance company;
- University degree, trainings on claims management will be a plus;
- Excellent analyzing capacity and independent decision making process are mandatory;
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation;
- Good command of English;
- Ethically beyond reproach;
- Driving license: B;
- Computer skills.
