Dallbogg Life&Health - CLAIMS ADJUSTER POSITION

Requirements:

• higher technical studies (preferably the Faculty of Transport);
• experience in the field of car damage - minimum 2 years;
• knowledge of legislation and regulations in force in the field of insurance;
• knowledge of computer use (MS Office) - average level;
• knowledge of IT applications (Audatex, DAT) is an advantage;
• interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
• capacity for analysis and synthesis;
• assuming responsibility, proactive attitude;
• the ability to work independently and in a team;
• attention to details;
• promptness in fulfilling tasks;
• integrity, self-control, tact, seriousness, fairness.

Main responsibilities:

• Register claims submitted to the insurance company in connection with insurance contracts;
• Upload collected documents in the software system in the specific files.
• Communicates with claimants, institutions and insured clients by phone and in writing in relation to collect full data in relation with the insured event.
• Prepare calculations in specialized software system in order to establish the quantity of the damage
• Analyzes the reasons for the occurrence of an insured event, reviews all documentation on a specific insurance case and gives an opinion on payment, request for other documents or refusal to pay;
• Communicates with insureds and partners of the Insurer.
