SUPORT TEHNIC

  • In intervalul 09:00 - 18:00 asigura suport tehnic (telefon si email) pentru clientii din platformele GT Motive;
  • Rezolva problemele semnalate de clienti pentru Level 1 Support;
  • Administreaza useri in aplicatiile GT Motive;
  • Documenteaza problemele pentru Level 2 Support si le introduce in Salesforce;
  • Comunica clientului solutia la problema semnalata;
  • Ajuta clientul sa identifice functionalitatile din aplicatie (telefon sau remote prin Team Viewer).
ACTIVITATI CONEXE
  • Realizeaza manuale de utilizare pentru platformele dezvoltate de GT Motive;
  • Participa la activitatile de instruire realizate de GT Motive;
  • Participa la sedintele organizate de sefii ierarhici;
  • Efectueaza traduceri pentru platformele GT Motive;??
  • Colecteaza si prelucreaza datele pentru Valuation;
  • Intocmeste diferite rapoarte.
STUDII
  • Medii sau superioare in domeniul tehnic, preferabil Facultatea de Transporturi;

  • Limbi straine:

Chief Underwriting Officer

"CertAsig Insurance & Reinsurance Co. ?is a Romanian specialist non-life insurance company primarily selling niche, non-motor insurance products to corporate customers through insurance brokers.

Since December 2007, CertAsig has been majority-owned by Royalton Capital Investors II, a private equity fund focused on acquiring and developing service sector companies throughout European countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Royalton Capital Investors II L.P.'s limited liability partners include Alpha Associates, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and European Investment Fund (EIF).

We are currently looking for a "Chief Underwriting Officer" to join our team.

As the Chief Underwriting Officer for CertAsig, you will:
  • Direct organize, develop and manage the portfolio teams in all countries where CertAsig operated, so as to ensure that people are available and aligned with business needs;
  • Prepare the annual business plan for the portfolios together with Head of Product Lines, monitor and report on progress, identify deviations, recommend remedial action and implement it, in order to achieve business objectives;
  • Motivate and develop the team by demonstrating good leadership behaviors and through the use of management best practice, to enable development of human resources to support the achievement of business goals;
  • Develop the portfolios in line with plan, ensuring retention in accordance with the business unit underwriting philosophy and acquisition of desired business;
  • Underwrite insurance risks in accordance with the business plan and the personal authority to meet business objectives;
  • Initiate new ideas and concepts to support the development and delivery of the business plan;
  • Ensure compliance with Certasig underwriting framework in order that all activities under their control;
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements and reinsurance programs.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills/capabilities:
  • Bachelor degree;
  • 10+ years insurance underwriting (or related) experience; 5+ years of people management experience;
  • In-depth knowledge of the exposure and experience rating processes;
  • In-depth technical knowledge of single risk, program and treaty insurance underwriting in liability and property lines of business;
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team;
  • Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation), interpersonal and networking skills at all levels of organizations.

CertAsig is looking for an experienced Risk Manager to join its team.

Main responsibilities are:
  • Creating, reviewing and monitoring the implementation of risk management policy, ORSA and reports required by management across the company in accordance with Solvency II regulations;
  • Aligning the risk management policy with the other policies governing the company and the company strategy;
  • Evaluating company risks, identifying potential future risks and including them in specific risk management analyzes;
  • Coordination and control of risk management tasks;
  • Coordinating the work of the Risk Management Committee.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Bachelor degree;
  • Relevant experience in risk management in insurance (minimum 3 years);
  • Experience in applying Solvency II standards;
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently;
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail, analytical and solid problem solving skills;
  • Proficient in English;
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge.
