Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:
- Responsible of the Internal Audit reporting process, comprising observations, risks and recommendations;
- Responsible with the activities of planning and organization of the internal audit function according to available internal and external regulations;
- Proper documentation of the audit work and timely completion of the timesheets;
- Defines the internal control system set up over processes and associated risks and the test to be performed;
- Develops and updates audit programs and check lists;
- Defines and performs the evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal controls, including the evaluation of the mpact of the internal controls weaknesses;
- Assist individuals who perform operational and financial activities with risk assessments and action plans in their responsibility areas;
- Ensures the compliance with the Company's internal procedures;
- Participates in the activities of assistance with the internal procedures and processes improvements;
- Verifies on a continuous basis and ensures the compliance with the Company's internal procedures, including applicable Group procedures;
- Ensures smooth collaboration with external auditors.

Requirements:
- University degree, preferable Economics. Possessing a CAFR qualification is a must;
- 3 year of relevant experience, experience in insurance will be a plus;
- MS Office proficiency;
- Fluency in English (German would be a strong asset);
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles and application of the business and operational risks, control processes and procedures;
- Knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods involved in conducting audits;
- Ability to efficiently assimilate knowledge and understanding of the audit procedures;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Capabilities to work independently, assume responsibilities;
- Ability to systematically and logically analyze information;
- Ability to set priorities and drive to bring projects to successful finish;
- Good sense of initiative;
- High sense of confidentiality;
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with third parties.

Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls;
- Take and deliver messages;
- Perform general clerical duties, such as faxing, photocopying, editing, filing;
- Receives, sorts and process incoming and outgoing mail;
- Receive Company's business partners and guests;
- Coordinate reservations of conference rooms;
- Handle various internal and external documents;
- Translates different documents.

Requirements:
- Bachelor diploma, preferably university degree;
- 1 year experience on a similar position;
- Very good command of written and spoken English (German is a plus);
- Proficient command of Microsoft Office applications;
- Initiative and problem-solving skills;
- Outstanding organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, efficiency and flexibility.
