Trainer

Responsibilities:
- Participates in designing of training courses for different levels within sales force, other channels of distribution or according to other needs of the company;
- Delivers training courses to enhance sales force performances;
- Plans and organizes the training activities;
- Deploys regularly the analysis of training needs within network;
- Make proposals to grow the sales force performance.

Requirements:
- University degree;
- Minimum 3 years experience in insurance, minimum 2 years experience in designing and delivering training programs for sales activities;
- Good understanding of the training required in the financial services;
- Very good planning and organizing abilities, analytical, sharpness;
- Innovative and motivational style;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with all levels of sales force and partners;
- Fluency in English (German would be a strong asset);
- Availability to travel.
