TRAINER (Bucharest)

Responsibilities:
1. Implementing learning and development activities externally (intermediaries) through: company promotion, acquiring the characteristics of the company's products, sales / negotiation techniques, professional / personal development.
2. Design and development of training and presentations according to identified needs / requests from other departments;
3. Design of strategies for effective learning.
4. Contribution to the improvement of motivational programs for intermediaries, update and monitor of these programs according to the company’s strategy.
5. Fill in of required reports.
6. Information of the Training Manger regarding any problems that occur with the intermediaries.

Main requirements
1. University degree.
2. Presentations skills
3. Training experience in live insurance (concept and delivery) - minimum 2 years
4. Experience in selling life insurance - minimum 2 years, managerial functions represents a plus;
5. Driving license - B category
