INSPECTOR COORDONATOR BROKERI

INSPECTOR COORDONATOR BROKERI - Bucuresti, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara

Descrierea postului:
- Estimeaza si coteaza riscurile tipurilor de asigurari solicitate de brokeri;
- Tine evidenta documentelor specifice (polite de asigurare, chitante si alte documente care reglementeaza procesul de vanzare), incheiate de brokeri coordonati;
- Elaboreaza oferte de asigurare in baza solicitarilor primite de la diversi clienti;
- Participa la actiuni de promovare a companiei si produselor de asigurari.

Cerinte:
- Minimum 2 ani experienta in pozitie de inspector sau inspector coordonator;
- Avantaj experienta in colaborarea cu brokerii;
- Experienta pe diverse linii de asigurari: non-viata;
- Retea extinsa de contacte;
- Cunostinte de operare computer (pachet Microsoft Office): nivel mediu.

CREDIT EUROPE Asigurari, a Non-life insurance company, member of CREDIT EUROPE GROUP N.V. - present in Romania through well-known entities like Credit Europe Bank (formerly known as Finansbank), Anchor Grup (owner of Bucuresti Mall and Plaza Romania) and Credit Europe Leasing (formerly known as Finans International Leasing),

Is looking for suitable candidates for the positions of:

1. LEGAL MANAGER (L.M.), for the Head Office, having the following main responsibilities:
- Creating specific procedures, organizing and coordinating the entire legal activity of the company;
- Permanently checking the legislation, in order to quickly inform the management about the latest changes affecting the company;
- Managing all the aspects regarding company's statutory documents and representing the company in front of the judging institutions;
- Checking the frame documents of the company, including both administrative and the commercial (focused on insurance conditions) sides;
- Checking and approving (from the legal point of view) the claim files, as well as managing all the aspects related to the regresses and recoveries.

The minimum requirements for the desired employee are:
- Legal University degree (insurance-focused post-university courses will be considered as an important asset);
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the insurance legal field (preferably within the non-life side);
- Good command of computers, good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and software-learning easiness;
- Great organizational abilities and natural-born communication talent;
- Quick and independent decision-taking personality, combined with permanent team-work availability;
- Pleasant and dynamic appearance, based on optimistic attitude and perseverance;
- English fluency, both in written and spoken forms.

2. REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (R.S.R.), for South-East area (Constanta, Tulcea, Braila, Buzau, Ialomita and Calarasi), having the following main responsibilities:
- Contacting (and visiting, when necessary) potential new customers, mainly recommended by C.E.Bank and C.E.Leasing, in order to ensure sales targets' achievement;
- Creating, developing and maintaining long-term positive and productive business relationships with both C.E.Bank's regional network and C.E.Leasing's regional branch;
- Providing full consultancy to both group's regional network of employees and the customers, as well as monitoring their satisfaction levels (in order to improve them);
- Delivering training sessions to the group's regional network of employees and alternative distribution channels, preparing presentations, sales and marketing reports.

The minimum requirements for the desired employee are:
- University degree (Economics-related post-university degree will be considered as an important asset);
- Significant experience within the non-life insurance sales field;
- Good command of computers, good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and software-learning easiness;
- Impressive sales skills, natural-born communication talent, strong marketing knowledge and great organizational abilities;
- Quick and independent decision-taking personality, combined with permanent team-work availability;
- Pleasant and dynamic appearance, based on a combined business and customers oriented attitude;
- English fluency, both in written and spoken forms.

3. CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE (C.R.), for the Head Office, having the following main responsibilities:
- Opening (mainly motor) claim files, performing loss inspections (including supplementary ones, if necessary), checking and stirring repair activities, a.s.o..;
- Improving company's relationships with all the parties (especially the customers and the automotive repair units) involved into the claims process.

The minimum requirements for the desired employee are:
- Technical degree (University degree related to the automotive field will be a plus, as well as additional certified studies);
- Proven track of (at least) 1 year experience within the non-life insurance field;
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and quick and independent decision-taking abilities;
- Good command of computers, good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and software-learning easiness;
- Conversational English, related to both written and spoken forms.
